Belief to Serve
We are working with people who desire to overcome chemical addiction with a Biblical based spiritual life. Recovery is an intense personal experience reaching beyond chemical abstinence. It begins when a person adopts treatment, support from family, friends, and mutual assistance groups into their lives.
We assist with the Christian component of a recovery person’s spiritual journey. The Adonai Dependency Awareness Program (ADAP) works by providing support services to individuals whose intention is to achieve and maintain a life free of chemical dependency.
Mission Statement
We are a faith-based organization having the mission to set people free from drug & alcohol addiction as well as all addictions. We do this through a Christ centered approach as well as using our own experiences in recovery. And sharing Christian principles that help each person value one’s self, loved ones, and community. We believe all addictions are sicknesses that require a personal connection with God, personal counseling, and encouragement of others on the road to their recovery. We have started small. But in a short time, we have seen Lives transformed & a connection with the TRUE higher power, Jesus Christ. We are growing daily & we are Partners in recovery through Jesus Christ & each other Hand in Hand.
Support Groups
Drug and alcohol abuse is a common problem today. Just like any addiction, its a problem that you cannot solve on your own. While treatment centers can provide you solutions, it is imperative to be part of a support group.
Fighting addiction is hard, but the effects are worse. It has negative impact to your physical and mental well-being. More than that, it also affects your family and friends, hurting the people you love and care for the most.
The good news is that it’s never too late. Once you admit you have a problem, you are on your way to recovery. Your addiction can and will be beaten.
