Adonai is part of the Assemblies of God (autonomous self-governing associated national groupings of churches which together form the world’s largest Pentecostal denomination). We are a multi-cultural church committed to be a catalyst of change in the lives of individuals for the crucial needs of our city and suburban communities by providing a holistic approach to ministry through discipleship, evangelism, outreach, youth and young adult services, counseling and more.
One of the greatest challenges of our times is that too few organizations pursue excellence. Even if the world follows its own understanding on a crooked path, churches who love Jesus must lean into The Holy Spirit. The Apostle Paul said: “But earnestly desire and strive for the greater gifts [if acquiring them is going to be your goal]. And yet I will show you a still more excellent way [one of the choicest graces and the highest of them all: unselfish love].” (1 Corinthians 12:31 AMP.)
